Punjab Desk: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has said no to debate proposed by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann here at Ludhiana PAU on November 1. SAD spokesperson Prem Singh Chandumajra said that SAD will not participate in the debate. He said that on November 1 the team from Centre is coming for the survey of SYL.
