Punjab: The president of Punjab congress committee and Member parliament from Ludhiana Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Thursday took part in a massive protest rally at Patti, demanded the immediate resumption of the halted construction of the Guru Tegh Bahadur State Law University. The protest also witnessed participation of Leader of the Opposition S. Partap Singh.
