New Delhi/Chandigarh: Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu has written to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, urging his personal intervention to expedite several pending railway projects in the state. In his letter, Bittu said that the delays on the part of the Punjab government were affecting the timely execution of key railway.
