Guwahati: In an effort to combat interstate drug trafficking, Assam Police successfully intercepted a significant consignment of narcotics valued at Rs 15 crore in the Cachar district, which borders Manipur and Mizoram. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced on Sunday that the operation led to the recovery of 50,000 Yaba tablets, hidden in five packets.
