Delhi Police ACP Vivek Bhagat, who was facing allegations of sexual harassment of a female journalist during a protest against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar, has been promoted to the rank of Additional DCP on Monday.
