Srinagar: J&K Police on Thursday attached several properties belonging to the banned Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI) organisation in Sopore sub-division of Baramulla district. Police said that two double-storeyed buildings, six shops, and two kanals of land at Sopore’s Dooru area, linked to the proscribed organisation, were attached following completion of legal proceedings under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention).
