Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department (WRD) has accused Karnataka of ongoing pollution in the Thenpennai (South Pennar) River, attributing the contamination to untreated sewage and industrial waste flowing from Bengaluru into Tamil Nadu.
