A shameful case of rape of a female prisoner has come to light in Rohtak, Haryana. After reaching the jail, the woman told in the complaint given to the police officer that when she had gone to PGI Rohtak for treatment, the policemen parked the van in the PGI premises. Meanwhile, two other prisoners present in the van gave her intoxicants and raped her.
