Shimla: The Winter Session of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly will begin on December 18. A total of four sessions are proposed in the Session to be held in Tapovan in Dharamsala in Kangra district, Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania said here on Wednesday. The Session would continue till December 21. Pathania said the proposal related.
