Chaos ensued at the famous Gulmarg Gondola on Monday when the cable car service came to a sudden halt midway due to an unexpected technical glitch. As a result of this incident, approximately 300 tourists were left stranded in mid-air across various cabins.

According to reports, a sudden technical malfunction occurred during the operation of the Gondola, preventing the cable cars from moving forward and leaving passengers stuck mid-route. Immediately following the incident, the local administration and a team from the Fire and Emergency Services were summoned to the scene.

Upon receiving news of the incident, teams from the Fire and Emergency Services and the local administration promptly arrived at the site. Relief and rescue operations have been initiated with urgency. According to officials, continuous efforts are underway to safely evacuate all the stranded passengers.
