New Delhi: The President of India has appointed three judges to the Himachal Pradesh High Court, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice on Thursday.
As per the notification, Chirag Bhanu Singh has been appointed as a Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, with effect from the date he assumes charge of office.
Meanwhile, Bhupesh Sharma and Yogesh Jaswal have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court for a period of two years, effective from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
The appointments have been made under the powers conferred by Articles 217 and 224 of the Constitution of India.
