Three soldiers injured in IED blast in Chaibasa Jharkhand: DGP Anurag Gupta

Jharkhand: The Director General of Police (DGP)  Jharkhand Anurag Gupta on Wednesday informed that three CRPF personnel were injured, with one radio operator sustaining serious leg injuries in the IED blast in Chaibasa.

Speaking with the media DGP said that three of our soldiers have been injured. One of our radio operators has a serious injury in his leg.

The injured soldiers were immediately brought to a hospital in Ranchi for treatment, with medical staff working to stabilize the critically injured radio operator. According to Jharkhand DGP Anurag Gupta, the soldier’s condition is being closely monitored, and if necessary, arrangements are in place to transport him to Delhi via air ambulance for further treatment.

“Our doctor told us that he will do some surgery and try to stabilize him and if needed, we can immediately send him to Delhi by air ambulance. Whatever the doctor decides, we will do that. We stand completely with our soldiers,” added Anurag Gupta.

Gupta reassured that the authorities are fully supporting the injured soldiers and are committed to taking decisive action against the Naxalites responsible for the attack.
