Tragic incident in Malerkotla: Woman commits suicide along with mother and nine-year-old son

Big news has come out from Malerkotla. Here in village Bhoodan, a daughter committed suicide by swallowing a poisonous substance along with her mother and son. The deceased have been identified as Inderpal Kaur (31), her son Jordan Singh (9), and her mother Hardeep Kaur. Inderpal’s husband, Pawandeep Singh, had died a few years ago, and she was living with her son at her mother’s house.

According to the information, when Jordan Singh opened his eyes in the morning, he saw his mother and grandmother dead. According to eyewitnesses, the child sleeping between the mother and grandmother also seemed to be affected by the poison. He was taken to the hospital in a serious condition, but he died on the way.

Inspector Gagandeep Singh, head of the Sandour police station, said that before committing suicide, Inderpal had recorded a video in which he blamed 10 people, including his neighbours and relatives, for death. The police have registered a case against these 10 people under section 306 of the IPC. The police have taken the bodies of the three into their possession and sent them for postmortem. He said that the real facts will be clear only after the postmortem report.
