Tragic accident in Jalandhar: Speeding car went out of control overturned on highway, one dead

In Jalandhar’s Raipur-Rasoolpur Balan village, a speeding car lost control and overturned on the road. The young man driving the car died in the accident. It is learned that the young man suffered head and chest injuries, due to which he died. The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Harmandeep Singh son of Surendra Singh, resident near Bansal Gas Agency Pathankot.

Car badly damaged

The car has been badly damaged in the accident. With the help of local people, Harmandeep Singh was taken to Capital Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. People informed the police at the Maqsudan police station about the accident.

On receiving the information, SI Rajinder Singh of Maqsudan police station immediately reached the spot with the police party and started the investigation.

The police have taken the body into custody and kept it in the mortuary of the civil hospital.

The family members of the deceased have been informed about the incident. At the same time, local people say that the person was driving the car at a very high speed. The car suddenly went out of control, hit the divider, and overturned, causing this accident.
