Train Cancellations and Diversions for 85 days at Ludhiana Station, Read to know why

The Firozpur Railway Division has issued a public notice informing passengers about the closure of Platforms 2 and 3 of Ludhiana Railway Station. As per the release by Firozpur Railway Division, the platforms will remain closed for a period of 85 days due to redevelopment work. As per the release, “due to redevelopment work at Ludhiana Railway Station, Platforms 2 & 3 will remain closed from 1 December 2025 to 23 February 2026 (85 days).”

Following the closure, the trains will remain affected. The Firozpur railway division has shared a list of trains cancelled, short-terminated, and short-originated. As per the Railways, total 11 trains have been cancelled for 85 days, whereas 4 trains have been short-terminated and 5 trains have been short-originated, meaning that they will start from a different station.
