Two Drones fall near Dubai International Airport, 4 including Indian national injured

Amid the ongoing conflict in West Asia, significant news is emerging from Dubai. Two drones were shot down near Dubai International Airport (DXB). Four people, including an Indian national, were injured in the incident.

The Dubai Media Office, sharing information on the social media platform X, stated that security agencies shot down two drones flying near the airport. These drones subsequently fell near the airport, injuring bystanders.

As per the statement, two drones fell in the vicinity of Dubai International Airport after being shot down. The incident resulted in injuries to four people of different nationalities.

According to officials, two Ghanaians and a Bangladeshi national suffered minor injuries in the incident, while an Indian national sustained moderate injuries. The injured were immediately rushed to a hospital for treatment.

The Dubai administration has also clarified that despite the incident, flight operations at the airport are continuing as normal and passengers are not experiencing any disruption. Security agencies are currently investigating the origin and purpose of these drones.
