Vande Bharat to stop at Barnala from today: MoS for Railways Ravneet Bittu announces

The Railway Ministry had long ago announced the stoppage of the Vande Bharat Express in Barnala, Punjab. The Vande Bharat Express will begin stopping at Barnala station from today. This information was shared by Minister of State for Railways, Ravneet Singh Bittu. The Vande Bharat Express will have a two-minute stop in Barnala.

In his video message, Ravneet Singh Bittu stated that keeping in mind the convenience of rail passengers, the Railways has decided to provide a stoppage to the Firozpur Cantt-Delhi Junction-Firozpur Cantt Vande Bharat Express at Barnala (BNN) station. This arrangement will be implemented today, February 20th.

According to railway officials, this stoppage is currently experimental. A decision on making it permanent will be made based on passenger numbers and response. This is expected to provide significant relief to passengers in Barnala and the surrounding areas.

Vande Bharat Express Arrival Schedule at Barnala

Train No. 26462 Firozpur Cantt-Delhi Junction Vande Bharat Express will arrive at Bathinda (BTI) at 9:10 AM and depart at 9:15 AM. It will then arrive at Barnala station at 9:59 AM and depart at 10:01 AM. It will then arrive at Dhuri Junction (DUI) at 10:24 AM and depart at 10:26 AM.

Train No. 26461 Delhi Junction-Ferozepur Cantt Vande Bharat Express will arrive at Dhuri Junction at 7:56 PM and depart at 7:58 PM. It will arrive at Barnala station at 8:20 PM and depart at 8:22 PM. It will then arrive at Bathinda at 9:15 AM and depart at 9:20 AM.
