Varun Dhawan nervous to dance in front of Salman Khan

Mumbai:  Actor Varun Dhawan, known for his energetic dance moves, revealed that he was nervous while dancing to the song “Vyah Karwado Ji” in front of Salman Khan. The song is part of the film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.

Varun shared a behind-the-scenes video of this fun dance number on his official Instagram handle.

“Always nervous to dance next to India’s biggest bachelor #vyahkarwadoji bts (sic),” he captioned the post.

The video begins with Salman asking, “Ready are you?” After giving the shot, Salman jokingly says, “This is rehearsal? Phir theek hain?”, causing everyone on set to laugh.

The song will feature desi wedding fun

“Vyah Karwado Ji,” filmed with Mrunal Thakur, is sung by Mika Singh and Asees Kaur, with lyrics written by Vayu.

Mika Singh said, “This song gives off a complete wedding vibe, with desi fun and energy that makes every celebration even bigger.”

Asees Kaur added, “Wedding songs are special for any artist because you get to be a part of people’s happiness.”

Update on the film and Salman’s next project

The film is being directed by David Dhawan. This comedy also stars Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Maniesh Paul, Jimmy Shergill, Rakesh Bedi, and Ali Asgar.

Produced by Tips Films Ltd and Maximillian Films (UK), the film is scheduled to release in theaters on May 22nd.

Salman Khan, on the other hand, is busy with his next film Maatrubhumi, which is based on the clash between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Galwan Valley on June 15, 2020. It will tell the story of Colonel Santosh Babu and the 16 Bihar Regiment.
