Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma reached Vrindavan, received blessings from Premananda Maharaj

Vrindavan (Uttar Pradesh): Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma arrived in Vrindavan on Tuesday morning, where they met and received blessings from Premananda Maharaj. The couple arrived at Kelly Kunj Ashram around 6 am and participated in the satsang with devotees.

The couple arrived in Vrindavan from Delhi on Monday evening and stayed overnight at a hotel. Arriving at the ashram before the scheduled time on Tuesday morning, they peacefully participated in the satsang.

Sat with folded hands among devotees, listened to the sermon for an hour

During the satsang, Virat and Anushka sat among the devotees with folded hands and listened to the sermon for about an hour. After the satsang, they received blessings from Premananda Maharaj. Their daughter, Vamika, was not present with them during the event.

Crowd gathered outside the Ashram, police took control of the situation

As soon as news spread of Virat Kohli’s arrival at the Ashram, a large number of fans gathered there. During his return, his car was briefly stuck in a traffic jam. Police officers on the scene managed to control the crowd and clear the road within 15 minutes.

Difference between initiation and surrender explained during the satsang

During the satsang, Premananda Maharaj explained the difference between initiation and complete surrender. He said that initiation is the first step towards complete surrender, and true faith should be placed only in Shriji (Radha Rani).

Citing an example, he said that just as Lord Krishna guided Arjuna as his charioteer, similarly, through complete surrender, God himself takes charge of life. This incident is from the epic Mahabharata.
