War Against Drugs: Mohali Police to organise awareness Program at Sports Complex tomorrow

Mohali: In continuation of efforts being made by the Punjab Government to curb drugs, an awareness program will be organized by the District Police tomorrow (December 14, 2023) at 11:00 AM at Sports Complex, Sector 78, Mohali.

This information was shared by SSP Dr. Sandeep Garg. Reviewing the arrangements with the police officials at the venue of the program, he said that street plays (Nukkad Natak), panel discussions, and motivational speeches will be a part of this program so that the discussion on the sensitive issue which is a challenge for the society can be made meaningful.

He said that during this program eminent personalities, psychologists, and students will make joint efforts to educate the people who are immersed in the darkness of drugs. He said that although the police are already working on their duty of enforcement, the need for awareness and education can also play an important role in eradicating drugs from society.
