Ludhiana, August 25: An incident of sacrilege has come to light in Shri Gurudwara Sahib in Ludhiana, Punjab. A woman took off her clothes and threw them in front of Shri Guru Granth Sahib. People who had come there to offer prayers tried to stop her in some way, but she did not listen and continued creating a ruckus.
After the video of this incident went viral, there was a continuous wave of protest among Sikh organisations and the entire community and everyone was demanding strict action against this woman.

Along with this, “Haq Sach Ka Pehredar” also kept a close eye on this news and fearlessly published this news, as a result of which a case was registered against Bibi Prakash Kaur under FIR No. 237 Section 295-A in Sahnewal police station, who disrespected Bibi Prakash Kaur in the presence of Guru Sahib.
Let us tell you that after the news was published today, a large number of people including senior leader of Akali Dal Waris Punjab Jathedar Jaswant Singh Cheema, Budha Dal Nahing Singh organizations, social worker Gurdeep Singh Kali reached there and demanded that they will not sit silently until the case is registered and will sit on a dharna outside the police station, after which the police administration has registered a case against the accused Prakash Kaur.
This case has been registered on the basis of the statements of senior leader of Akali Dal Waris Punjab Jathedar Jaswant Singh Cheema. The president of the Gurdwara Sahib where the sacrilege incident took place, as well as some leaders of the management committee were also present, who were somehow hesitant to speak about the incident. Talking to reporters after the case was registered, Jathedar Cheema said that people have started desecrating the sacred forms of Guru Sahib.
The main reason for this is that the culprits of sacrilege do not get punished under strict sections. Even if a case is registered against an accused, that accused comes out after a few months and repeats the incident. Seeing this, other criminals also think about sacrificing Guru Sahib. He said that yesterday’s incident has broken the heart of the entire Sikh community.
He said that if we had our own country and our own state, then what right did anyone have to insult our religion? He said that now we will not sit silent, whoever insults the sacred statue of our Guru Sahib will not be spared. He said that the Punjab government is sleeping, on one hand it says that a strict law will be made on sacrilege, on the other hand it is afraid of registering a case against the perpetrators of sacrilege. He said that it is very unfortunate that no leader of the government is speaking about such a big incident.
He said that today the heirs of the Akali Dal of Punjab and all the Nahin Singh organizations have jointly registered this case and we demand that the police administration arrest this woman as soon as possible and send her behind bars. During the conversation, the leaders of the Nahing Singh organizations said that if someone commits sacrilege and the leaders of our organizations push him on the spot, then they say that the Nahing Singh organizations push him.
They said that we want to tell the police administration to arrest him as soon as possible, if he appears anywhere in front of us, he will be badly hurt. Along with this, social worker Gurdeep Singh Kali Payal said that the biggest question that arises is that on the day this sacrilege happened, some Nahing Singh organizations had reached that place and they had reached an agreement with the woman along with the committee. Why was that agreement made? Why did the committee make an agreement? If a case had been registered by applying on the first day itself, there would have been no need to protest today.
They said that a strict law should be brought against sacrilege and demanded that a case be registered against the managing committee as well. When the Sahnewal police station chief was spoken to in this regard, he said that a case has been registered and the woman will be arrested soon.
