Youth found hanging from tree on Yamunanagar highway; had left home saying he was going to Haridwar

In Yamunanagar city, the discovery of a young man’s body hanging from a tree near Tigra village along the Saharanpur-Panchkula National Highway on Monday morning caused a sensation in the area. Upon receiving the information, the Sadar Yamunanagar police station reached the spot, took the body into custody, and sent it to the civil hospital morgue for post-mortem.

During the investigation, the young man was identified as 22-year-old Vishal, son of Ram Narayan, a resident of Siwan in Kaithal district, who was employed at a gas agency. According to the police, Vishal had left his home on Sunday saying he was going to Haridwar for a trip, but the next day his body was found hanging from a tree in Yamunanagar. It is reported that Vishal was the only brother of three sisters.

A body was found hanging on a mango tree

Station in-charge Kamaljeet Singh stated that on Monday morning, the police received information that near Tigra village, on the side of the highway, the body of a young man was hanging from a mango tree. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot. Forensic experts were also called for investigation. It was seen at the spot that the young man’s body was hanging from a rope made from a leaf.

The police conducted a thorough investigation of the scene and searched the young man. Some documents were recovered from his pocket, based on which he was identified as Vishal, resident of Siwan, district Kaithal. During the investigation, his bike was also found parked by the side of the highway. After that, the police contacted the relatives to inform them about the incident.

Family said – everything was normal at home

The body was taken down from the noose and sent to Civil Hospital Yamunanagar for a postmortem. Upon receiving the information, the deceased’s family reached Yamunanagar by the afternoon. After the postmortem process was completed, the body was handed over to the family. Police say that in the initial investigation, the case appears to be a suicide, although the actual cause of death can only be confirmed after the postmortem report comes.

Meanwhile, the police are investigating while keeping various aspects in mind. According to the family, there was no kind of dispute or stress at home and everything was going on normally. Efforts are being made to find out the reason behind the young man’s taking this step.
