Uttar Pradesh: Royal Challengers Bangalore fast bowler Yash Dayal has been accused of sexual harassment, mental and physical assault by a woman in Uttar Pradesh, leading to a formal FIR being registered against him.
The complainant claims a five-year relationship with Dayal, during which he introduced her to his family. She alleges manipulation and exploitation—not just emotional but also physical and financial. Tensions escalated when she questioned his intentions, after which she says he assaulted her physically.
According to the FIR, the woman discovered that he was allegedly involved in similar deceptive relationships with multiple other women.
The victim initially reached out to the women’s helpline (181) on June 14, 2025, but received no response from local authorities. Feeling helpless both socially and financially, she escalated her plea directly to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s office, Yogi Adityanath, seeking urgent intervention and justice. She has reportedly submitted messages, screenshots, and video calls as evidence to support her allegations.
Yash Dayal, who starred for RCB in IPL 2025 and was tipped for national selection, has not issued a public response. Investigations are ongoing as the case garners widespread attention.
