SAS Nagar: On the occasion of the final publication of the final voter lists after the revision of the voter lists, Electoral Registration Officer-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate Chandra Jyoti Singh at the District Administrative Complex said that during the revision of the voter lists on the basis of eligibility date 01-01-2024, votes of the people who Claims and objections were submitted upto 31-12-23 have been made after their disposal.
Final Electoral Rolls have been published, which are available for perusal of voters in respective BLOs, Electoral Registration Officers and District Election Offices.
1 copy each of photo electoral rolls and one CD without photo have been supplied to the representatives of the recognized political parties of the district.
If a person’s vote still remains to be cast, he can submit the claim and objection in the office of the concerned BLO or Electoral Registration Officer during continuous improvement.
Shri Jaspal Kumar, Aam Aadmi Party, Shri Sukhdev Singh, Bahujan Samaj Party, Shri Manjit Singh, Trinamool Congress Party, Shri John Verma, Indian National Congress Party and Shri Sukhwinder Singh, Shomani Akali Dal were present in the meeting.
