Rahul Gandhi’s press conference: Modi and Shah intentionally predicted the exit poll

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said during a press conference in New Delhi that Amit Shah intentionally predicted the exit poll which had resulted in the market crash. It is likely the biggest scam and a panel is also needed to investigate this. More than 30 lakh crore have been lost on election result day. He also made allegations against PM Modi and spread an illusion among the people to do the share market.

Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting will be held at the party headquarters on June 8 under the chairmanship of Mallikarjun Kharge. It is believed that he can be elected Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha in the Congress Parliamentary Party meeting.

A meeting was held at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday. 33 leaders from 19 parties attended. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said, ‘The fight against fascist forces will continue, we will take the right steps at the right time when it seems that the BJP government is not taking the right steps according to the wishes of the people.’

He said that our alliance has received tremendous support. People have given a mandate against the policies of the BJP government.

I.N.D.I.A has got 234 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. To form the government, the alliance needs the support of 272 MPs. Before the meeting, many leaders of the alliance kept talking about contacting Chandrababu Naidu and Nitish Kumar. Chandrababu’s TDP has got 16 seats and Nitish’s JDU has got 12 seats.

BJP does not have majority, has support of 53 MPs of 14 allies

BJP has got 240 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. This is 32 seats less than the majority figure (272). However, NDA crossed the majority figure with 293 seats. Apart from BJP, NDA has 53 MPs of 14 allies.

In the alliance, Chandrababu’s TDP is the second largest party with 16 seats and Nitish’s JDU is the third largest party with 12 seats. Both the parties are important for BJP at this time. Without them, it is difficult for BJP to form the government.

Rahul held a press conference at the party office in Delhi on June 4 at 5.35 pm. He reached the party office smiling with sister Priyanka. His mother Sonia Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Jairam Ramesh were also with him.

Rahul spoke to the media for 7 minutes. Regarding the results and trends of the Lok Sabha, he said- The country does not want Modi-Shah. This fight was to save the Constitution. To tell the truth, it was in my mind when our account was seized. Two Chief Ministers were put in jail. Then it was in my mind that the public will fight to save the Constitution.
