According to the police, his wife Sheelu was living in her maternal home, Bakholi, for one to two months. Sheelu told the police that on Wednesday her husband Akash called her to meet him. After this, Sheelu came to Rohru to meet him.
Sheelu said that when she reached Rohru, Akash called her and said that he was near Bakhirna Bridge and she should come to Bakhirna Bridge to meet him. Sheelu also reached Bakhirna Bridge. Here Akash jumped from the bridge into the Pabbar River in front of Sheelu.
After this, the police registered a case on Sheelu’s complaint and started a search operation in the Pabbar River. Due to the high water level these days, no clue has been found about the person who jumped into the river.
