Bahujan Samaj Party has expelled Punjab party chief Jasvir Singh Garhi from the party. This decision has been taken by the party high command. He has been shown the way out of the party on charges of indiscipline.
Today day after the expulsion of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP)’s Punjab chief Jasvir Singh Garhi from the party, he has spoken openly about it for the first time and leveled serious allegations. Garhi said that the reason for his expulsion from the party was just a phone call. He alleged that he had made a phone call to Meva La, a close of BSP Supremo Mayawati for lodging a complaint and was expelled for this indiscipline.
He added that after this phone call the party showed him the way out and expelled him. He had asked Meva Lal for time to meet Mayawati following this action was taken against him.
Let us tell you that in place of Gadhi, BSP has made Avtar Singh Karimpuri the new chief of Punjab BSP.Avtar Singh Karimpuri is former MLA and MP and now entrusted with responsibility of party Chief.
Garhi said, “Not even an iota of regret, not even an iota of doubt. I welcome the decision of the party. Meva Lal was called at 3 pm to take time to meet party high command sister Kumari Mayawati on 5 November. In which sister Mayawati’s time was needed, because a complaint had to be given against in-charge Randhir Singh Beniwal. After two and a half hours, Meva Lal was called again at 5.30 pm to ask what the instructions were. The reply was that sister Mayawati is busy till 23 November. Will give time after that.”
Garhi further added, “I respect the decision of my high command. I will try to talk to Behenji. I thank all the workers and leadership who supported me wholeheartedly and strongly during your tenure. I make a last appeal to my workers/leadership to support the party with their body, mind and money, because I have been expelled. From now on, I will not post anything in favour or against the party. I will sit at home and fight social battles on social issues every day.”
