Akal Takht Jathedar Says Punjab CM’s Viral Video Is Genuine, Not AI-Generated or Edited

The forensic examination report on the viral video of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was read out at Sri Akal Takht Sahib on Monday. Jathedar Kuldeep Singh Gurgaz said that the video was neither made using Artificial Intelligence (AI) nor was there any kind of editing or tampering done in it.

He said that in this video, the CM is seen holding a glass of alcohol in front of Guru Sahib’s picture. We had this video examined by two renowned labs in India. According to the reports from those labs, this video is 100 percent accurate and genuine.

He added that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was also summoned to Sri Akal Takht Sahib regarding this issue. After that, it was decided to conduct a lab examination of the viral video. Meanwhile, a press conference has now been called at Sri Akal Takht Sahib at 3:30 pm.

The Jathedar of Akal Takht, Kuldeep Singh Gurgaz, had summoned the CM on January 5 regarding a controversial video and statements made on various Sikh issues, including the donation box. CM Bhagwant Mann appeared in front of Shri Akal Takht Sahib on January 15.

He first reached the Golden Temple barefoot with his head bowed. After paying respects, he went to the secretariat carrying two black bags full of evidence.

CM said—’I don’t have the authority to challenge Akal Takht’
After the appearance, the Chief Minister said that he doesn’t have the authority to challenge Akal Takht and that was the explanation he gave inside. Meanwhile, Jathedar Kuldeep Singh Gurgaz also held a press conference saying that Punjab CM Bhagwant acknowledged that he does not have knowledge of Sikh principles and traditions.
