Arora said Majithia’s bail was granted on technical and procedural grounds and does not weaken the serious charges against him.

Arora stressed that the Supreme Court’s decision to grant bail after Majithia had spent several months in custody was linked to the period of detention and procedural formalities and not based on the merits of the case.
