BJP National President to Kick Off Punjab Poll Campaign, Visit State from June 20–22

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has already started laying its plans for the 2027 assembly elections in Punjab. In this context, a series of tours by the newly appointed national office-bearers of the BJP is about to begin.

BJP National President Nitin Nabin will be visiting Punjab for a three-day tour from June 20 to 22. This is Nitin Nabin’s first visit to Punjab after becoming the president and is considered very important in view of the upcoming assembly elections.

According to information, Nitin Nabin will begin his Punjab tour by paying obeisance at Darbar Sahib. However, party leaders say that this tour is still proposed, and its framework is being finalized.

We will also visit the Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple, and Jallianwala Bagh.

According to information, Nitin Nabeen will begin his Punjab tour from the holy city of Amritsar. After arriving in Amritsar on June 20, he will first bow at the Golden Temple (Darbar Sahib) and seek the blessings of the Guru. After this, he may visit the Durgiana Temple and Jallianwala Bagh to also pay tribute to the martyrs. After paying respects at religious sites, he will hold meetings with the party’s local leaders and workers to assess the ground reality.

Large programs will be held in different cities

National President Nitin Nabeen will participate in programs across different districts for the preparations of the Punjab elections. He will have strategy meetings with senior leaders of Punjab BJP, core group members, and district presidents. To strengthen the party’s vote bank, he may also interact with local traders, farmers, and enlightened citizens.

Only Singh Dhillon’s strategy worked

Actually, recently, Punjab BJP’s state president Kewal Singh Dhillon visited Delhi. During this time, he met BJP’s national president and several union ministers. After the meeting, Dhillon hinted that the central leadership is completely serious about strengthening the BJP at the grassroots level in Punjab. He claimed that soon, visits by central leaders and national office bearers to Punjab will begin, which will herald preparations for the 2027 assembly elections. Nitin Nabeen’s visit is being considered a part of this strategy.
