BSF recovers drone in Gurdaspur district

Gurdaspur: On 30th April 2024, based on information received by BSF about presence of a drone in the border area of Gurdaspur district, BSF troops rushed to the suspected area and carried out an extensive search operation.

At about 07:15 am, the search operation led to the successful recovery one drone from a farming field adjacent to village Chauntra in Gurdaspur District.

The recovered drone has been identified as a China made DJI Phantom-4.

This significant recovery of an illicit drone near the border area underscores the sincere efforts and commitment of the BSF to decimate the drone menace from across the border.
