The case turned out to be due to mutual enmity

Although the person who was murdered was also a property dealer, after investigation, mutual enmity may also come to light. The investigation revealed that the accused first observed when Chamanpreet would leave his house, where he went, what time he was in his car, when he walked on foot, and whom he met. Only after gathering information about his daily habits and movements was the murder planned.
