Former Rajya Sabha MP Rajmahinder Singh Majithia joins AAP; CM Mann calls it major boost in Punjab

In the politics of Punjab on Monday, Rajmahinder Singh Majithia, former RTI Commissioner Heminder Singh Majithia and Chief Khalsa Dewan member Sukhdeep Singh Majithia joined the Aam Aadmi Party. The party leadership described it as a “big and important expansion” for the organisation in Punjab. CM Bhagwant Mann felicitated the leaders who attended.

It was said on behalf of the AAP that the addition of these prominent personalities associated with the religious, social and political field of Punjab will give new strength to the party.

Influenced by the party’s pro-people policies, he joined the AAP.

It was told that all the leaders were influenced by the party’s pro-people policies and joined the ‘AAP’ family. The party leadership welcomed him and said that the vision of “Rangla Punjab” will be further strengthened with experienced and better-thinking leaders of Punjab.

The joining of these leaders associated with the Chief Khalsa Diwan in the party is also considered important from the point of view of Malwa and Sikh institutional politics. The AAP leadership said that the government is constantly making efforts for the progress and prosperity of Punjab and the development agenda will be taken forward with the help of experienced people.
