Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria Visits Golden Temple, Prays for a Drug-Free Punjab

Amritsar: Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria arrived late last night at the Golden Temple, a sacred Sikh pilgrimage site. Upon his arrival in Amritsar, he bowed his head with reverence and humility at the Gurudwara and received Guru Sahib’s blessings. On this auspicious occasion, the Governor prayed for the welfare of all. The Governor’s presence in the Gurudwara’s spiritual and serene atmosphere further imbued the moment with reverence and faith.

After visiting the Golden Temple, Governor Gulab Chand Kataria shared his feelings with the media. He said he felt extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to pay obeisance at the Gurudwara and see Palki Sahib. He explained that he had visited the Golden Temple once before in the morning, but visiting at night gave him a divine and supernatural experience.

The Governor stated that it was essential for him to seek Guru Sahib’s blessings before undertaking the responsibilities and tasks he was about to undertake. Emphasizing the need to make Punjab drug-free, he said that spreading Guru Sahib’s teachings and teachings to every household was crucial to guiding society in the right direction.

Governor Kataria said that the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji convey the message of truth, service, restraint, and humanity. If we adopt these teachings in our lives, many evils can be eradicated from society. His visit brought the message of spirituality, social responsibility, and public welfare.
