Punjabi singer Harbhajan Mann survives car accident; Car overturned after hitting a cow in Kurukshetra

Kurukshetra, August 4: Famous Punjabi singer Harbhajan Mann met with an accident in Kurukshetra, Haryana. He was going to Chandigarh after performing a show in Delhi on Monday. At around 5 am, when he reached the Pipli flyover on Delhi-Chandigarh National Highway-44, a cow suddenly came in front of his car.

After hitting the cow, the car hit the divider and then overturned. People nearby immediately pulled them out. Thankfully, they were not injured in this accident.

It is said that Harbhajan Mann’s driver, his security guard and another person were in his car. His security guard got injured in the accident. Some time after the incident, Harbhajan Mann left for Chandigarh in another car.

Harbhajan Mann is a well-known Punjabi singer, actor and film producer.

He was born on 30 December 1965 in Khemuana village of Bathinda district of Punjab. Harbhajan started his singing career in 1980. However, his professional singing debut happened in 1992 with the Punjabi song “Chitthiye Ni Chitthiye”.

Harbhajan Mann got real recognition when his album “Oye-Hoye” was promoted by T-Series and MTV India in 1999. After this, he gave hit songs like “Jag Jyondiya De Mele”, “Wadhaiyan Ji Wadhaiyaan”, “Nachlai”, “Haye Meri Billo”, “Satrangi Pingh” and “Mauj Mastiyan”.

He made his film debut in 2002 with the Punjabi film “Jee Aayan Nu”. After this, he did films like “Asaan Nu Maan Vatna Da”, “Dil Apna Punjabi”, “Mitti Vaajan Maardi”, “Mera Pind-My Home”, “Jag Jyondaiyaan De Mele” and “Heer-Ranjha”. In 2013, he released a song with his younger brother Gursewak Maan.
