Fistfight Breaks Out at Jalandhar Immigration Office, Sikh Youth Injured After Glass Attack

Jalandhar: A physical altercation broke out between staff members and a Sikh youth inside the Immigration Office in Jalandhar. Kicks and punches were exchanged by both sides. The youth was struck with a glass tumbler, sustaining severe injuries as a result; blood was seen streaming from his turban.

A formal complaint regarding the matter has been lodged with the bus stand police. The police have stated that further action is being initiated based on the statements provided by both parties.
