Kejriwal and CM Mann on Tarn Taran visit today, to mourn loss of Kashmir Singh Sohal

Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, is arriving on a visit to Tarn Taran today along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. This visit is taking place on the occasion of the Bhog ceremony being organized after the death of the senior leader of the district and former MLA of Tarn Taran, Dr. Kashmir Singh Sohal.

Dr. Sohal died a few days ago. Today, Bhog will be offered for his soul’s peace, in which Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann are arriving to participate and console the family. This visit of the top leadership of Aam Aadmi Party is also considered important politically.

Election Commission issues notification 

It is worth noting that the Election Commission has already issued a notification regarding the vacancy of the Tarn Taran assembly seat. In such a situation, it is believed that this visit is also important in terms of preparation for the upcoming by-election.

The Election Commission will have to conduct elections here in the coming 6 months. The party can try to establish direct communication with local workers and the public.
