Ghaziabad, June 10: The body of a 28-year-old woman was found in a suitcase in Ghaziabad. The suitcase was wrapped in a sheet and thrown away. Dogs were pulling it. When the people around got suspicious, they informed the police. Loni Border police station, women police, forensic team and dog squad have reached the spot.
The incident took place near Shiv Vatika of Loni Border police station. Injury marks were found on the woman’s body. There are marks on the neck as well. Blood was flowing from the nose. In such a situation, the police believes that the murder was committed by strangulation. Loni Border area is near the border of Baghpat district and Delhi on the other side. In such a situation, it is believed that the murder must have been done at some other place and the body must have been thrown here. At present, the police is trying to identify the body.
According to the police, the woman is wearing a blue suit and black salwar. A black thread is also tied on one leg. A light vermilion-like mark is found on the parting of the hair. After the murder and mutilation, the body was first wrapped in clothes. After this, the body was packed in a green colour suitcase. Then the suitcase was wrapped in a sheet from above. The place where the suitcase was found is an empty plot. While there are shops nearby.
Police is matching the photos of missing women with the appearance of the dead body. Additional Police Commissioner Alok Priyadarshi said- Police is investigating the whole case. The body was thrown in a suitcase after the murder at another place. The whole case will be known only after the woman is identified. Police is also collecting information about missing women from all the police stations. The photos of missing women are being matched with the appearance of the dead body.
