Origin of a new time cycle: PM Modi addresses after Pran-Pratishtha Ceremony

Ayodhya: Following the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Idol of Ram Lalla during ‘Abhijeet Muhurat’ of 84 seconds, people across the country welcomed Shri Ram after the long wait of 500 years.

Following the address of CM Yogi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the august gathering of nearly 8,000 people from all walks of life. For grand ceremony, Invitations were given to different people from different backgrounds such as Politics, Business, Sports, Bollywood, etc.

PM Modi in his address referred the sunrise of 22^nd January as the origin of a new time cycle. He also added that today’s sunrise has brought a wonderful glow all over.  “January 22, 2024, is not a date written on the calendar. It is the origin of a new time cycle”, PM said.

While addressing PM also apologized to Lord Ram as this work was not done for so many centuries. He said, “Today, I also apologise to Lord Shri Ram. There must be something lacking in our effort, sacrifice and penance that we could not do this work for so many centuries. Today the work has been completed. I believe that Lord Shri Ram will definitely forgive us today.”

PM also expressed gratitude towards judiciary of India for doing justice to Ram Mandir. He said, “The legal battle over the existence of Lord Ram went on for decades. I would like to express my gratitude to the judiciary of India for doing justice.” Judges who delivered verdict of Ram Mandir were also given invitation for todays grand temple inauguration.

PM further added, “I have firm belief and immense faith that today, the devotees of Prabhu Ram are completely absorbed in this historic moment…the devotees of Prabhu Ram, in every corner of the country and the world, are deeply feeling this…This moment is divine, this moment is the holiest of all”
