Postmortem of DM Gagandeep Singh Randhawa will be conducted today, process under supervision of Judicial Magistrate

DM Gagandeep Singh Randhawa’s postmortem will be conducted today at the postmortem house of Amritsar Medical College. A large number of family members, relatives, and representatives of various organizations will be present on this occasion.

According to the information received, the Joint Coordination Committee and all procurement agencies will also go to the postmortem house in a large convoy. Family members said that the Peace Department had given a time of 10 am. They said that after the identification of the deceased and other proceedings, the postmortem process is likely to start by around 12 noon.

The family also said that keeping the matter in mind, the matter of forming a panel of doctors from PGI Chandigarh was also kept. They say that they want the entire process to be done in a transparent manner and the body of the deceased should not be harmed in any way.

On the other hand, ACP Gagandeep Singh said that a panel of doctors is being formed at Amritsar Medical College and the entire postmortem process will be done with videography. After the postmortem, the deceased will be cremated at Durgiana Shivpuri Crematorium in Amritsar.

On the other hand, in the case of the death of DM Gagandeep Singh Randhawa, the Punjab Police has arrested former cabinet minister Laljit Singh Bhullar. Apart from this, Bhullar’s PA has also been arrested. After the arrest, Laljit Singh Bhullar will be produced in court today.
