Punjab: Manpreet Singh Ayali will not join Aam Aadmi Party

Senior Shiromani Akali Dal leader Manpreet Singh Ayali had parted ways with the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) due to differences with party president Sukhbir Singh Badal. Manpreet today clarified that he will only follow the Panthic party. He clarified that he will never join the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) because it is neither a Panthic party nor all its decisions and work are being run from Delhi.

A picture created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going viral on social media these days, in which Manpreet Singh Ayali, Bibi Jagir Kaur and Prem Singh Chandumajra are seen with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

Seeing this picture, people started speculating that perhaps these three leaders have joined the Aam Aadmi Party, but denying this, Manpreet Singh Ayali said that this is a fake picture created by the computer and he has nothing to do with it. He reiterated that he will never join the ‘AAP’ party because the thinking of this party is completely different from the Panthic agenda, and its complete command is in the hands of Delhi.

During this time, Manpreet Singh Ayali had also formed an alliance with the ‘Waris Punjab De’ organization, under which a committee was formed with equal members from both parties, but no final decision has been taken in this regard yet. Along with this, he also pointed out that many rebel leaders of the Shiromani Akali Dal did not like the way Bibi Jagir Kaur and Prem Singh Chandumajra were working, due to which there was a rift in the ‘Punar Surjit’ campaign.
