Jalandhar: An 18-year-old youth committed suicide in Jalandhar. The youth was upset with the assault by his girlfriend’s family. Due to this he took this harsh step of committing suicide. In this case, the police of Thana Division Number-7 has registered a case of abetment to suicide against the family members of the deceased youth’s female friend. At present, the arrest of all the accused is pending.
The deceased has been identified as Sahil, a resident of Garha. In this case, the police have registered a case against Shanti, a resident of Phagwari Mohalla, and family. SHO of Thana-7 Anu Paliyal said that all the accused will be arrested soon. Sahil’s body was found by hanging from a noose.
Sahil took this step due to embarrassment
After beating Sahil, when his girlfriend tied a Rakhi on his hand, he was very upset with this thing. Due to which he took this step yesterday. According to the FIR registered by the police, Sahil was a taxi driver.
Son Sahil lived with his grandmother. From there he used to go to learn mobile repairing. The family members of the female friend called the young man to their neighborhood. and was beaten up there. Sahil told his father Happy about this.
