Two youths gang-raped a 14-year-old student from Ludhiana in a hotel in Amritsar. They also had unnatural physical relations with her. Somehow, the minor reached Ludhiana by dodging both the youths and gave full information about the incident to her family. After which, the police of the Sahnewal police station registered a case against the two accused and started raids to arrest them.
According to the information, on July 7, the minor girl told her father that she was returning from school. Then halfway on the way, two boys Manoj and Shubham on a black motorcycle Splendor forcibly made her sit on their motorcycle. She also protested a lot but the miscreants took her to their house by threatening her.
The miscreants took her to Amritsar via train
Manoj’s mother was also at home. In the presence of his mother, Manoj made her wear his pant shirt. Then Manoj took her to his friend’s house where he forcibly had physical relations with her in the room. When she made noise, both the accused beat her up badly. Both the accused took her to Amritsar via train. After taking a room in a hotel in Amritsar, Manoj and Shubham raped her in turns.
Both the accused threatened to kill her. When she resisted, the miscreants had unnatural sex with her. The victim told her father that she somehow managed to escape from Amritsar and come to Ludhiana on July 9 by dodging both the accused.
On the complaint of the father, the police of Sahnewal police station have registered a case against Manoj and Shubham, residents of Lohara, under sections 64, 351, 3 (5) and 6 of the BNS and the POCSO Act. The police assured the family that both the accused will be caught soon.
