The Indian Army and Jammu and Kashmir Police successfully rescued 214 tourists who were stranded at Sinthan Pass after heavy snowfall blocked the route in Jammu and Kashmir.

The tourists, who were travelling through the mountainous pass, found themselves trapped when sudden snowfall covered the roads and made vehicle movement extremely difficult. Rescue teams quickly launched an operation to bring the stranded visitors to safety.
