Guwahati (Assam): The redevelopment of 60 railway stations in the North East is currently in progress under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, with 50 of those stations located in Assam. Kapinjal Kishore Sharma, the Chief Public Relations Officer of Northeast Frontier Railway, explained to ANI that the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme aims to enhance railway.
