Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday said that an organisational position in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is not merely a designation but a responsibility towards public service and the organisation. Saini was speaking at a programme in Panchkula marking the assumption of charge by Sunil Sen as the Haryana BJP OBC.
