Manipur: Authorities apprehended four militants from various locations across Manipur. Among those detained was Moirangthem Biramani Meitei, a self-proclaimed army chief of the banned Kangleipak Communist Party (Nongdrenkhomba), who was arrested on Thursday by Phubala Patton in Bishnupur district. Additionally, two members of the Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL), Keisham Wilson Singh (18) and Thokchom.
