Lunglei (Mizoram): On Saturday, the Assam Rifles arrested two individuals in Mizoram’s Lunglei district, seizing 57.69 grams of heroin valued at Rs 40.38 lakh, according to an official statement. The operation, conducted in collaboration with the Excise and Narcotics Department, took place in Lunglei town based on actionable intelligence. The joint team intercepted a scooter.
