The killing of Bikramjit Singh in Gurdaspur, two days after anti-drug activist Parvinder Singh Jhota was shot dead in Mansa, has renewed concerns over Punjab's drug crisis. BJP chief Nitin Nabin had questioned the AAP government's law and order record after Jhota's murder.
