New Delhi: A senior Finance Ministry official was killed and his wife critically injured on Sunday evening after their motorcycle was hit by a speeding BMW near Dhaula Kuan in Delhi. The victim, Navjot Singh, served as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs under the Ministry of Finance. Police said Singh and his wife.
